Increase the size of recycle bins compared to refuse bins to make it more salient and make them easily accessible.

Experiment Overview

Recycling was increased by replacing household refuse bins with smaller ones, so that they were smaller than recycle bins. In addition the collection for both recycling and waste was also simplified, by having all bins picked up on the same day.
